Our warehouse is located in King City, Ontario. Shipping times may vary depending on location. 2-5 business days to Canada and the USA. 5-15 business days to the rest of the world.

What are the products made from?

Our "Birch Collection" are made from 100% recycled birchwood. The materials are simple. Wood and glue.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept refunds or exchanges up to 30 days after you have received your package. All return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by Enkel Studios. Please contact us by email to process all returns.

Will there be any duties or taxes?

No, all taxes and duties will be prepaid by us!

What is your warranty policy?
