What is Enkel's refund policy?
With-in 30 days upon arrival of the product we accept returns on all brand new, in-package items. Full amount including shipping costs will be refunded.

If your product was damaged upon delivery, please email us within 7 Days upon arrival. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and resolved in the most reasonable manner.
Warranty policy
All Enkel products are subject to a lifetime warranty period. The Enkel warranty covers your pieces against manufacturing defects from the date the product was purchased.
